Major battery-storage sites open in Nova Scotia

Three new battery energy-storage systems in Bridgewater, Waverley and White Rock have been inaugurated. The systems are intended to strengthen grid reliability and help integrate renewable electricity, with participation from Nova Scotia’s Mi’kmaw communities. The project is a new infrastructure milestone for Atlantic Canada.
